When I decided to enter my first NPC show as a figure competitor, I knew Mike Smith would b able to push me to my limits and help me with my nutrition in order to be prepared in 12 weeks. I came out taking first place and overall winner in figure novice and 2nd in my class in open figure. My transformation was incredible and I couldn't have done it without his help and support. He is an extremely intelligent trainer and nutrition consultant and always has the best interest of his client in mind. He isn't afraid to try new things, but will always research and become an expert in every aspect of new plans. His passion for health and fitness shines through as he dedicates much of his time to making sure his clients are getting the best training and information they can get. He is a man of many talents and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape, needs nutrition guidance, or wants to compete.
I’ve been working with Mike for over 5 years now. He is without a doubt the most intense, innovative, and inspiring trainer I’ve ever worked with. After just a few months of training with Mike I no longer needed my blood pressure medication and my doctor was in complete shock. I’ve put on over 20lbs of muscle following Mikes 3 day a week resistance training and HIIT cardio protocol. I continue to train with Mike weekly and highly recommend him to anyone!

For a long time I was going through the motions at the gym. I decided to train with Mike. Since that I have learned a great deal about the correct way to train in order to get specific results.
